Lost 7KG !!

Dear Diksha, 
 
I just wanted to share a few words about my experience on Lift with Diksha three month program. At the time I reached out to you I was reaching a breaking point where I had to focus on my health and get back to a decent weight. Luckily my close friend who had taken up the program few months earlier, highly recommend your food plan and exercises that were easy and not complicated. 
Being a homemaker and so focused on the kids and family, I could easily fit the diet plan and exercises suggested by Diksha every day without much changes to my daily routine. I’m so glad I signed up, and have lost 7 Kg in the process of understanding my body and metabolism better. When I was getting stuck at a point she changed my diet and it worked. She’s quite patient with her answers and can be reached easily. So with tons of tips and info from her I am continuing my weight loss journey with updates from Diksha. Lost 10KG in 3 Months

I joined Diksha’s fitness program because of a very clear agenda. I wanted to be fit and ready to have a child. I did not want my weight to be a hindrance when I decided to have a child. I have always been on the plump side of the spectrum but there comes a point when you start feeling very heavy. I contacted her after my mother saw her TEDx talk and we started immediately. The plus point of her program is that it is very doable. If you are on a holiday, running on a tight work schedule it is still doable. It is sustainable and that is the most important thing. In the span of 3 months, I lost 10 kilos and I also got pregnant. I feel super healthy, pumped and there is also a sense of ‘right kind of eating’. The diet plan makes you decide for yourself what is good. I already know that I am coming back to her for my postnatal fitness regime. Diksha’s program is sustainable and gives you the exact results you desired. Thank you, Diksha!

You made workout interesting for me…

All credit goes to u. U have been a very good coach and inspiration. Diksha truly speaking I used to hate gyms n workouts. But u made it interesting with smaller sessions and changing my workout every week. I never thought I could lose weight or look this good. I know that I have just started my journey and I am nowhere near my goal but I am motivated now and I will keep on doing what u have taught me. Lost 15KG in 3 Months…

I am Ashima and I work as a Functional Architect for a MNC company. Also I am a mother to a little T-Rex at home. 🙂
My job profile includes lot of meetings and client calls for which I have to keep sitting at one place for sometime as long as 6 hours at a stretch.
I was always a food lover and during my pregnancy, the cravings and the love towards food quadrupled. I had gain almost 30 kgs when I delivered.
As the scale kept on ticking there was a point in my life when I felt very low and demotivated and rather disgusted of my appearance. I used to love myself and still do but there was this consciousness of my appearance which kept lingering always.
I took gym membership and consulted what not dieticians. I did loose “something” but the weight kept on coming back if I left it.
Then one day while scrolling through Insta I saw some success stories by Diksha. It did moved me and I contacted her.
I remember for the first time I did contact her but never joined the program as I felt I won’t be that “story”. My weight would creep back in even if I loose something.
Then some months passed and my weight increased. That was when I decided to join Diksha for whatever it will take.
I called her and she motivated me, asked me to trust her! And guess what I just did the same.
I trusted her and religiously followed the program. I never knew I had such commitment also 
Within 1 month itself I lost most of my stubborn fat. Subsequent months gave some shape to my body and by the end of the 3 month program I had reduced almost 15kgs.
I decided to join her for another 3 months and I lost another 10 kgs by that time.
This was a super amazing and an achievement for me.
I just could not believe the results.
I had gained more confidence, I was more in love with myself and I was back!
I keep telling her that I don’t have much of full length photos from my before weight because I was always so conscious of the camera and my look.
And now, I click myself from head to toe!
The journey not only taught me self resilience, discipline but also mad eme fall in love with the healthy lifestyle. Because if her I am a workout freak now.

Delightful Transformation Program

I learnt about Diksha through my sister/social media. After our first call where she briefly explained about the 3 months program, I was convinced to give it a try. The primary factors that kept me going with the program was the diet that lets you eat all the things you like and the simple workout routines. Yes, one has to keep their diet under control but as I was allowed to eat the food i like, i did not find it hard. Diksha was regularly reviewing my progress and altering my diet as needed and she was always available for questions. She was just a text away for all my concerns. Not only did we reach the goal, but with the balanced diet concept that I learnt from this program, I am confident now that I can maintain my weight and continue with a healthy life. And if i ever have to get back on a monitored transformation, i know who to contact now. Thank you Diksha for your support, I truly enjoyed being part of your program.

I am 29 old. Actually i am not an overweight person. But started putting on weight from the age of 25 when i was diagnosed with thyroid and other issues like irregular periods..and few other health issues…
As years passed by i experienced a reduction in my strength, work efficiency, concentration etc., i wanted to change all this..so i have been browsing for the kind of content which can help me…thats when i came across letsliftwithdiksha….but i didnt start with her immediately. I observed her posts on fb, her journey and finally decided to give it a try. 
 
Its been one and half month i joined her program. I really liked her workouts..intially i felt it a bit difficult..but gradually i started enjoying. Also she keeps changing the workouts regularly. I lost around 3-4 kgs till now. Most importantly i feel toned and energetic than before. Exercise is something which i feel needs some proper  guidance if u are an amateur. There are numerous execises available on it. But its important to know how and from where to start and how much to start with and also to keep it sustainable. Diksha does this very right with less time taking and effective workouts. 
 
When it comes to diet, diksha kept it quite simple with home cooked food. There was a change in what i regularly used to eat..but still it is no crazy diet and is quite flexible too. I incorporated many healthy and new options in my diet. We all know what is healthy to eat and what is not. But its more important to have knowledge about when to eat, what to eat and how much to eat. With diksha’s diet plan i got a better understanding on diet in these areas. I also learnt that diet plays a major role in weight management, mood swings and food cravings.  
 
I am happy with my experience till now and still looking forward to more healthy lifestyle.

Losing weight with Pcod and thyroid

Losing weight with Pcod and thyroid due to highly imbalanced hormones is actually tough and needs the patience to develop a good lifestyle. My journey has definitely educated me about the importance of strength training along with meal planning towards sustainable results.
 
you have always motivated me with that little push week by week, starting with light workout and gradually increasing sets of strength training. What I learned is that It’s not necessary to follow fancy cardio routine, when you gave me flexible options like morning brisk walks and at home stairs climbing.
 
Looking forward to put more efforts towards goals in coming time

Happiness, being proud and loving myself was what I received through it. 
I am glad that I received multiple workout videos personally sculpted for me by Diksha. These workouts were so much easier for me to do without tiring myself. From Day 1 till date, #letsliftwithDiksha workouts were made just the right ones. Exercises were not that easy for me earlier where I had to spend time in gym (with no much results or visible changes )..
Coming across #letsliftwithDiksha and that too home workouts wherein it was easier for me to spend time with my 4 month old baby. I must say it was a wise decision.
